Emergency Response Center

About the Initiative

Families have been brutally murdered, children have lost their parents and many have witnessed the most horrific atrocities Israel has ever experienced.

We’ve started an emergency command center that is committed to one goal- to help and rescue children who have been affected.

Children from the area surrounding the Gaza Strip, anywhere from just a few days old to teens, have been affected by this massacre and need our help now.

Affected families, orphaned children, families of the wounded and families who have lost their homes and belongings, we’re here for you.

How can I help?

This is the time to come together for those who can’t cry for help. There are many ways to donate and help. You can send anything from a monetary donation, supplies, clothes or toys. You can also provide emotional support, or temporary or permanent foster homes for those children left orphaned. Any kind of assistance helps.

Financial assistance for those who have lost all of their possessions or their parents who provide financially

Any kind of emotional or mental health support for kids

Foster families- either temporary or permanent adoption

New or gently used supplies for kids- games, clothes, shoes, computers, baby gear and more

Do you know any children who need assistance or help? We’re here for you.

We’re managing a command center that centralizes all of your donations and gives children personal and meaningful solutions that meet their exact needs.

If you need financial or emotional assistance, supplies, foster family or anything else you can call +972-52-246-9821 or fill in the request form here.

Who are we?

I’m Shani Cohen, a native of Ofakim and social activist. My family and I live and breathe Southern Israel and currently live in Be’er Sheva. Since the beginning of the war, and mainly because I’m a mother, I can’t stop thinking about the children who are left without parents or with only one parent- and they’re just helpless now.

I’m Yonatan Ben Shimon, technology entrepreneur and investor in startups. When the war started, I lost a very good friend of mine in the IDF. He left behind his wife and four children. From that moment, I asked myself- what do we do from here? How do we continue to live like this?

The two of us got together and founded this project “Emergency Response Center” whose sole purpose is to bridge the gap between the needs of the children affected by the war in any way and those who want to help- and save the children.
